Persian Courses at St.George and Mississauga Campus

Dear Members,
There are a number of Persian courses focusing on Persian language and literature that are being offered this year.  These courses are being offered at the St.George and Mississauga Campus. 

St. George Campus - Department of Near and Middle Eastern Studies 
NML260Y1 – Introductory of Persian – No Native speakers of Persian – Permission required from Instructor

NML463H5F – Historical development of Persian language

NML461H5S- Modern Poetry of Persian

Mississauga – Department of Language Studies

PRS310H5F – Intermediate of Persian I

PRS311H5S – Intermediate of Persian II

Iranian Students' Union at the University of Toronto, York University, and McMaster University present:

Volleyball Tournament at Wild Water Kingdom - August 14, 2010

Prizes:
First Team: 4 Bahar Azadi Quarter Coins ($360 value)
Second Team: 6 Parsian Coins ($180 value)
Third Team: 4  Parsian Coin ($120 value)

Conditions for participation:
Each team must have 4 members (3 on court and 1 substitute)
Participants must be between the age of 18 and 30

Cost:
$100 per team which includes full day access to Wild water Kingdom (Value of $140) and Live Music.
$10 deposit required (will be refunded upon registration at Tournament).

ISU's New Website

As you can see ISU's website has gone under the knife and received a facelift. It is still recovering from the procedure and has not completely taken form, so please be patient as you will not be disappointed with the final result.
